Tips On How To Better Appreciate Your Life

This week we’re focusing on the ultimate gift of LIFE! Check out these tips from Jody Clegg on how to appreciate it.
Let's be real, it's easy to get caught up in the state of your community, country and the world these days.
With everything going on it's also easy to forget that you already won the biggest lottery of all: Life!
Here's a quick reminder that there's always something to be appreciative of, thankful for and/or blessed by.
Life is a gift
To guide and support you, here's an exercise to do as you journal before bed (or whenever you feel inspired):
Write out 3-5 reasons that you can appreciate today. That's it! Whether it's an experience with someone, an event, maybe you enjoyed a favorite food or even if you just made it through the day (sometimes that's huge!). Write those 3-5 reasons down in as much detail as you'd like.
But here's the deal: you've got to commit to this for at least a week. Build momentum with this and watch how your perspective shifts and your attitude changes, no matter where you start out at.
Just like in the gym, this only works when you do.
