We typically exercise/train for 1-2 hours to keep ourselves healthy and thriving.
But, what about the other 22-23 hours? What are you doing with those hours that are also supporting your health, energy and lifestyle?
Give yourself a few days to really put some thought into this and take inventory of your daily habits.
Grab your pen and paper and keep a detailed account of what you do each day for at least 3 days (even better if you complete an entire week). Right down to the minute.
It sounds really tedious... and it is! And yet, the info and feedback you will get will be priceless.
What's going well? What are the things that are supporting your lifestyle and propelling you forward toward your purpose and goals? What data did you get back on this?
On the flip side, what habits or routines are keeping you from moving forward more efficiently? What are you doing that is unnecessarily taking energy rather filling you up?
Now that you have the data, you can choose the best next steps to support how you want to show up and where you want to go with your fitness, goals and lifestyle.
