A true California spirit, Cristina was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and has been active since she surfed out the womb. She was a dancer for 8 years, but excelled at Lacrosse. So much so, she played for Chapman University and helped them win the WCLA National Championship in 2011. Cristina later graduated with her degree in Psychology. Post college, she helped coach women’s Lacrosse at Occidental College and UCLA. Being a coach helped her find a love for sharing her knowledge and passion for fitness and sports. Since then she has been teaching group fitness and personal training for 6 years, is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports and Medicine, has trained in Muay Thai and Krav Maga for the past 3 years, and is an avid surfer in her spare time (past 4 years). Cristina is the perfect balance of adrenaline and meditation.
